A six-module highly interactive professional development program focusing on the absolutely critical skills for developing front line leaders.

The LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS Series provides participants solid training on six critical areas of supervisory leadership. Very early in the program skills are built regarding understanding and adapting to communication style (SOCIAL STYLE)* differences. SOCIAL STYLE Awareness and Versatility Skills are reinforced throughout the remainder of the Series as all other critical skill areas are covered.

Please note:

• Session Times:  8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Morning and afternoon refreshments will be provided.
• Participants will have a one-hour lunch break on their own.
• Participants are required to attend all classes to graduate.
